Training Camp #1 Sept. 23-25, 2011

Kansas City Info Sheet – Registration is closed to athletes, we will still accept coaches and judges. Judges and coaches may register on site. 

Here is the Registration Master to view your entrants and any balances due. Make sure you bring a copy of your USAG club roster. You can print it from the USAG site. NO PROOF = NO CAMP!

Here are the groups and schedule. (This may change as we proof them) Please arrive at 8:30 for the start of the camp and check in.

The clinicians will confirmed as of 9/20/11 are:

Athlete Eligibility:

Priority #1  All Elite/JO National Team Members (Entry fee is waived)

Priority #2  All JO/NIT/Western National Qualifiers (Entry fee waived)

Note: Priority 1 and 2 athletes would have until 8/30/11 to accept spots in the camp or we will move down to priorities 3 through 5.

Priority #3  All Level 9/10 Regional Competitors and Level 8 Super Team Members

Priority #4  All Level 8/9/10 State Competitors

Priority #5  All Level 7/8/9/10 Athletes from 2010-2011

Coaches of all levels are encouraged to attend. (Each club is entitled to 1 free coach for every 5 athletes it brings whether the athlete paid or received a free entry.)

Judges that have judged JO Nationals or Level 9 Westerns within the last 5 years would be invited free of charge if willing to share their expertise.

Schedule:    Friday   6:00-8:00 open workout (must have their coach present to attend)

Saturday:    AM Session

Lunch

Afternoon Session

Dinner (Coaches will have a social event/dinner with the clinicians on Saturday for dinner. This will be an opportunity to chat about technique, NCAA Gymnastics or just socialize. This event is for registered coaches and judges.)

Sunday:    AM Session (Done at 12:00)

Payment in full is required. If your athletes are in priority #’s 3-5 listed above and they do not get in you will be refunded in full.
